Bio
Jodi Minard, commercial lender, has over 25 years of business and real estate investing experience. She joined Heartland Bank in 2022, focusing on the Waterloo, Iowa, market and surrounding areas. Though newer to banking, Jodi's business background offers her a unique understanding of customers, allowing her to provide personalized financial solutions to support their business growth.
Jodi earned her bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Iowa. She actively participates in the community, contributing to several not-for-profit organizations like Junior Achievement, Junior League and CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for children in the foster care system. Jodi has served on different boards, including the Iowa Chiropractic Education and Research Foundation, and she currently serves on the board of the Waterloo Schools Foundation.
Jodi currently resides in Waterloo with her three children, Lauren, Zach and Scarlet. During her free time, she likes spending time with friends, with her book club and pickleball group, and enjoys taking long walks and jogging.
