Donna Luechtefeld-Tebbe has over 29 years of experience working with businesses in the St. Louis Metro-East area. She values the hardworking and determined nature of business owners and enjoys watching them succeed. Her commitment to fostering strong business relationships is exemplified by her tenure at Town and Country Bank, now Heartland Bank, since 2017.
Donna earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from Saint Louis University while on an athletic scholarship for women's basketball. Actively involved in the community, Donna serves as a Board Member for AgeSmart Community Resources.
Donna currently resides in the small farming community of Okawville with her husband and two daughters. In her free time, you can find her cheering on the Okawville Rockets, the Saint Louis University Billikens or attending Ole Miss football games.
