Kristina Huisinga Joins Heartland Bank as Retail Manager

Heartland Bank and Trust Company announces the hiring of Kristina Huisinga as Retail Manager. Huisinga, who has 19 years of experience in the banking and lending industry, has worked as a banker, branch manager, and mortgage banker. She will be located at Heartland Bank’s Urbana branch at 602 Vine Street.
About Kristina
Huisinga holds a Bachelor of Finance from Southern New Hampshire University and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree from Capella University.
Huisinga has been active in her community volunteering time with numerous birth-to-five educational initiatives: raising funds, reading to young children in class, and organizing promotional birth-to-five-events.
Originally from Mahomet, she now lives outside of Monticello with her husband and their five children on their farm that has been in the family for 149 years.
