Heartland Bank and Trust Company announces the promotion of Joshua Dill to Retail Manager. Dill joined Heartland Bank in September of 2022 as Assistant Retail Manager. He is located at Heartland Bank’s branch at 1925 South MacArthur Boulevard in Springfield.

Dill possesses over seven years in the banking industry with experience in Retail, Finance, and Mortgage Underwriting. He attended Lincoln Land Community College and stays active in the community teaching a monthly financial literacy class. Originally from Georgetown, Illinois, Dill currently makes his home in Springfield with fiancé, Erin and two children, aged ten and two.
