Our fraud specialist may ask you to verify your identity. Otherwise, you will simply be asked to verify any suspicious transactions.
What happens if I am unable to answer the Fraud Center call?
The fraud specialist will leave a detailed message including a call back phone number and the incident number you will need to reference when returning the call. You may also contact your local Heartland Bank branch for assistance during office hours.
