Julie Kleen joined Heartland Bank in 2010 as a Retail Teller and has since built a successful career in the Learning & Development department, now serving as a Performance & Learning Analyst. Starting with a recommendation from her father, a long-time customer and financial professional, Julie quickly found a passion for employee development.
