Bryan Kirkham has been promoted to retail manager of Heartland Bank and Trust Company’s Eureka branch. In this role, he focuses on supporting customers while developing and coaching team members. Kirkham is committed to creating a welcoming experience where customers feel genuinely appreciated, and he takes pride in helping both employees and customers reach their goals.
About Bryan
Before joining the banking industry, Kirkham spent 17 years in the culinary field, running kitchens and restaurants as a chef and manager. He brings that leadership background into his four years in banking, with an emphasis on service, teamwork and day-to-day operations. Kirkham earned an associate in culinary arts from Illinois Central College and is also a notary public.
Kirkham is active in the community, serving as Service Chair for the Eureka Rotary and volunteering with the Midwest Food Bank in Morton. He also gives back as a driving instructor for Tire Rack’s Street Survival Teen Driving School.
Born in Antioch, California, Kirkham spent most of his childhood in Morton and now lives in Washington, Illinois. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his two daughters, staying active at the gym, working on his BMW wagon and building custom watches.
