Heartland Bank and Trust Company announces the hire of Yolanda Frontany as a community reinvestment mortgage banker. Frontany joins Heartland Bank with 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry and a strong background in community reinvestment and advocacy lending. She will serve borrowers in Chicago, Cicero and Berwyn and is located at the Schaumburg branch at 321 W. Golf Road.
About Yolanda
Frontany previously served as a CRA lending manager, focusing on helping underserved individuals and families achieve homeownership and build long-term wealth through real estate. She holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from Northern Illinois University.
Deeply committed to community involvement, Frontany serves on the board of directors for a Chicago charter school and volunteers at her local church. She also assists with fundraising efforts for several nonprofits, including Rincon Family Services. In addition, she is a committee member for the Dragon Days Fantasy Festival and a member of NAHREP (the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals).
Frontany’s primary residence is in Chicago, with a secondary home in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. The firstborn of nine siblings, she is married, and her youngest child is currently attending Illinois State University in Normal. In her free time, she enjoys walking the lake trails in Wisconsin and visiting historic sites locally and abroad.
