Bio

Yolanda Frontany is a community reinvestment mortgage banker with Heartland Bank and Trust Company, dedicated to helping individuals and families build wealth through homeownership. She believes that expanding access to home financing, especially in underserved communities, strengthens neighborhoods and creates long-term opportunities.

With 30 years of industry experience, Yolanda has spent most of her career in roles focused on community reinvestment and CRA lending. As a former CRA lending manager, she has guided many first-time homebuyers through the mortgage process and has also supported clients seeking to grow their real estate portfolios. She is a licensed mortgage professional and holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from Northern Illinois University.

Yolanda is actively involved in her community. She serves on the board of directors for a Chicago charter school, volunteers at her local church and supports fundraising efforts for a variety of nonprofits, including Rincon Family Services. She is also a committee member for the Dragon Days Fantasy Festival and a member of NAHREP (the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals).

She maintains her primary residence in Chicago, Illinois, and a secondary home in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. The firstborn of nine siblings, Frontany is married, and her youngest child is currently attending Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois. Outside of work, she enjoys walking the lake trails in Wisconsin and visiting historic places both locally and abroad.
