Olivia Pohlman, portfolio manager, joined Heartland Bank and Trust Company’s Wealth Management team with the completion of a merger in 2026. Born and raised in Alton, she enjoys the strong sense of community and values the opportunity to work with and support the area she calls home through her role at Heartland Bank.

Pohlman’s tenure began in 2019 and brings a strong academic foundation in finance and a commitment to continued learning to her work with clients. She earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago and she continues to build her knowledge and skills in the financial services field.

Outside of work, Pohlman enjoys staying active and spending time with friends and family. Her interests include fitness, hiking and other activities that keep her moving and engaged.
