Norma L. Bellcoff, vice president and wealth management market leader, joined Heartland Bank and Trust Company’s Wealth Management team with the completion of a merger in 2026. Norma has more than 34 years of experience in the financial services industry, with over 28 years in trust services administering trusts, estates, and agency, institutional and nonprofit accounts. Bellcoff also shares her knowledge and guidance as she continues to grow her long list of client relationships throughout southwestern Illinois.

Bellcoff completed her undergraduate studies in finance and accounting at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh and is a graduate of Cannon Trust School I and II.
Understanding the impact of giving back to the community, Bellcoff serves on the Southwestern Illinois College Foundation board and the John N. and Diana N. Bellcoff Memorial Tamburitzan Scholarship advisory board, as well as Hospice of Southern Illinois, the Jackie Joyner-Kersee Foundation, the Lynne F. Solon Foundation, the United Way of Greater St. Louis’ Southwestern Illinois Division Auxiliary board and the Pittsburgh International Folk Arts Institute (the Tamburitzans). She is a member of the Estate Planning Council of St. Louis.
