About Noelle

Noelle Flesner serves as a commercial lender at Heartland Bank’s Pittsfield branch, bringing more than 20 years of banking experience to her role. She has a strong background in agricultural and commercial lending and continues to work directly with local businesses and farm operations while providing leadership across the market.

Flesner began her banking career in 2004 as a trust assistant before transitioning to the loan department in 2007. Her agricultural background and hands-on lending experience have been key assets throughout her career.

Flesner attended Oklahoma State University and Western Illinois University. She is actively involved in her community, serving on the board of the Pike County Housing Authority since 2015, including terms as chair from 2018-20 and again from 2022-24.
