About Evan

Evan Fairfield, assistant vice president and commercial lender, is based at Heartland Bank and Trust Company’s Western Springs branch, serving clients across the Chicago metropolitan area. He works with business and real estate professionals to support financing needs and guide deals from start to finish. Evan values building strong relationships, problem-solving and seeing transactions succeed while helping shape Chicago’s real estate market.

Before stepping into his current role, Fairfield spent five years as a credit analyst and portfolio manager with Heartland Bank.

Fairfield is a member of Chicago NBOA Young Real Estate Professionals and has a bachelor’s degree in economics. Born and raised in central Illinois, he attended Dunlap High School and currently resides in La Grange, Illinois. Outside of work, Fairfield enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, golfing, hunting, watching sports and exploring new restaurants in Chicago.
