About Derek
Derek Moss, retail lending officer, brings specialized training and a customer-first approach to his role. Moss has completed the Consumer Lending Institute and the Residential Real Estate Lending Institute through the Community Bankers Association of Illinois, equipping him with strong knowledge in personal and mortgage lending.
Moss is passionate about creating a positive experience for every customer he works with, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout the process.
