Andrew Jolly, farm manager, joined Heartland Bank and Trust Company in 2023, bringing with him a deep-rooted passion and unparalleled expertise in agriculture that has been cultivated throughout his entire life. With a diverse background spanning multiple sectors of the agribusiness world, Andrew specializes in farm management, overseeing the daily operations of over 80 farms across more than 17,000 acres of land. His keen insights into the complexities of modern farming allow him to drive sustainable growth while respecting the time-honored traditions of the land.

A proud graduate of Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural business, Andrew is also a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and is currently pursuing his Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) designation. This ongoing commitment to professional growth underscores his dedication to excellence in the field.
