About Adelmo

Adelmo Marchiori IV serves at Heartland Bank’s Carlinville branch, bringing a passion for community involvement and customer-focused service to his role. He earned his degree in elementary education from Central College in Pella, Iowa, with endorsements in special education (K-8) and reading. Marchiori is also a 2023 graduate of the Community Bankers School, further developing his expertise in community banking and financial solutions.

Deeply engaged in his community, Marchiori serves as a board member for the Macoupin County CEO Program and volunteers as a coach for the Carlinville High School soccer program.

“I enjoy tackling challenges to find the best financial solutions for my clients, fostering meaningful relationships, and making a positive impact in my local community,” Marchiori said.

Outside of work, Marchiori enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. Together, they love being outdoors, traveling and supporting their children’s extracurricular activities.
