Using an AFT or ACH form also means your payment can be adjusted as your loan balance decreases.

There are two forms. Choose the right one for you.

The AFT Form

for transfers (payments) from a Heartland Bank account

The ACH Form

for transfers (payments) from a non-Heartland account

Print your completed form and send it in either by:

Logging in to your Heartland Digital Banking account and using the “Secure Email” service. (Don’t ever use regular email to send private information, it is not secure.)
