About David

David Gabrielse serves at Heartland Bank’s Oak Forest branch, bringing extensive experience in commercial real estate lending and customer relationship management. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Master of Business Administration from North Park University. Gabrielse also holds an Illinois real estate broker license, which enhances his knowledge of real estate transactions.

“I enjoy providing my customer base with more than just banking products. Many of my customers have worked with me for close to 20 years and have valued my expertise in commercial real estate lending. Having been on the developer side of the business earlier in my career, my customers value the entrepreneurial mindset that I use in approaching every opportunity,” Gabrielse said.

Outside of work, Gabrielse serves as president of the board for Chicago Christian Schools. He also enjoys skiing, golf, stand-up paddling and coaching his kids’ sports teams.
