About Heather
Bio
Heather brings almost 20 years of experience as a mortgage lender to the Heartland Bank team. Her career spans both real estate and banking, giving her a unique perspective on helping customers achieve their homeownership goals.
Before joining the bank in 2024, Heather spent 10 years as a licensed Realtor, honing her negotiation skills and understanding the needs of homebuyers. She transitioned to banking, gaining experience from frontline positions to mortgage lending. She is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and guiding customers through every step of the home-buying process.
Heather is a Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP) and is actively involved in the Yorkville community. She serves as an ambassador as well as on the promotions committee for the Yorkville Chamber of Commerce and participates on the YACC scholarship committee.
Heather resides in Somonauk, Illinois, with her husband and two children, Zack and Destiny. In her free time, she enjoys being a grandparent – a role she calls “the best job in the world” – and camping with her husband and their two dogs, Minnie the Sheepadoodle and Gracie the Goldendoodle.
