Stephanie B. McClellan, CTFA

Stephanie McClellan has over 20 years of experience in banking and wealth management. She is passionate about assisting clients in establishing and navigating their financial plans. Through this process, she works with them to identify financial goals that allow them to achieve their individual objectives. Stephanie specializes in delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions that include customized portfolios to meet client financial goals. She is also knowledgeable and experienced in handling trust administration and estate settlement. Stephanie joined Heartland Bank and Trust Company in September 2017. Prior to that, she served as a Private Client Advisor with the Commerce Trust Company. Her experience also includes diverse positions with Commerce Bank and Citizens Savings Bank.
Stephanie has a BS degree in Finance from Illinois State University. She also holds the designation of Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) and continues to maintain this certification by participating in continuing education courses. In addition, she is a graduate of the Cannon Financial Institute Trust Schools I, II, and III, and the McLean County Chamber of Commerce Leadership McLean County class of 2017.
Stephanie lives in Normal with her husband and two daughters. As a family, they enjoy time outside, cheering on the local softball teams and playing with their dog, Lincoln. Stephanie is an active member of the community and enjoys giving back. She serves as a member of the Normal Rotary Club, Treasurer for the Normal Rotary Foundation, board member for Milestones Early Learning Center, and a committee member for United Way of McLean County’s Power of the Purse event and the Advocate Bromenn Hospital’s Chase for Champions event.
