Hershey Branch Renovations
We have some exciting news to share about renovations at our flagship location – 401 N. Hershey Road, Bloomington!
The interior renovations will include a new lobby layout, design concept, and finishing details which will revitalize the space for optimal customer and team experiences! This office has served as our headquarters since it was built in 1994, and 30 years later, it continues to be one of our busiest branches. Parking lot repair work is already underway, and interior renovation work will begin mid-December.
We will do our best during the renovation process to minimize service interruptions at the branch. However, there will be instances in the coming months where walk-in and/or drive-up services may be limited or unavailable.

To accommodate preparation for renovations, we expect the Hershey office to be closed Tuesday through Thursday, December 17 – 19. This webpage will be updated to feature frequently asked questions, progress updates, service disruptions and timing details as they become available.

Important Information
The Hershey night drop will be closed as of Monday, December 16 until further notice. To avoid service disruptions, you are welcome to visit any of our other Bloomington-Normal locations.
Non-retail staff will be relocated during renovations. Please contact your officer prior to stopping by to verify where they will be located at the time of your visit.
Access to boxes is expected to be available throughout the renovation, excluding days that the lobby or entire branch is closed.
