Trust Reporter allows you to securely view, print, and download your investment and trust account information online as often as you like! We will continue to provide the personalized service you've come to expect from us for trades, transfers, re-allocations, etc.

Trust Reporter is a secure web-based tool that allows you to:

  • Check your portfolio
  • View your holdings
  • Search your transactions
  • View your tax lots
  • Review your pending trades

You can also download your electronic statements into programs you already use like Microsoft® Word or Excel! All you need is a computer with an Internet connection, a web browser like Explorer 5.0 or Netscape 6.0, and a username and a password from us.

To enroll in Trust Reporter, complete the Trust Reporter Enrollment form* and read and sign the Terms of Service. Contact your account administrator or return both forms to us by mail, fax (309-661-7938), or email (HeartlandTrust@hbtbank.com).
