Fraudulent Online Banking Phishing Pop Up Message Attempts

Customers have reported receiving pop-up messages soliciting credit reports and other services when accessing Online Banking that appear to be coming from Heartland Bank, but are no way related to Heartland Bank or our web site. A common phishing practice by fraudsters is to use pop-ups on a web site that you frequent to attempt to obtain your information. You may want to run a virus scan and make sure your spyware/anti-virus program is current.
