Fraudulent E-Mail Phishing Attempts

Several customers have reported receiving fraudulent emails sent from what appears to be a NetTeller email address customer _service @cm.netteller.com, with the subject line NetTeller Watch Notice. These are "Phishing," or fraudulent emails sent by cyber criminals in an attempt to entice customers to click on the embedded NetTeller access link and obtain personal information. These emails are not coming from Heartland Bank and Trust - NetTeller. If you should receive an email, DO NOT click on the link, or install software updates. It is recommended that you delete the email without opening. Phishing attempts may be reported to the FDIC at alert@fdic.gov*.
