We’re making it simple for you to switch your checking account to Heartland Bank! Our Simple Switch kit includes the forms you will need to:

• Select your new checking account with us.
  

• Open a checking account with us.
  

• Close your existing checking account.
  

• Change your direct deposit(s).
  

• Change your automatic payment(s).

Simply print and fill out the forms and mail them to the appropriate institutions. The institution may have another form for you to complete but our forms are a simple way to start the process!
