Your Heartland Bank Business Check Card is available with any Heartland Bank business checking account. If you already have a checking account with us, simply complete our application and return it to us.

We’ll process your application and, once approved, you’ll receive your Heartland Bank Business Check Card in the mail in a few days. Your PIN will be mailed separately a couple of days later.

If you do not have a checking account with us, please stop in and talk to one of our friendly Personal Bankers. We can open your new account and order your Check Card at the same time!
